After a hard summer filled with long rides and plenty of gravel adventures, Giant Liv gravel bike was definitely ready for some well-deserved TLC.
To prepare for colder months ahead, the bike received a full silver service — making sure everything runs smoothly for both outdoor and indoor winter training. This included:
- Fitting a fresh set of bar tape for improved comfort and grip
- Adding new sealant to keep the tubeless setup reliable on rough terrain
- General cleaning, tuning, and adjustments to keep the drivetrain performing at its best
Now it’s ready to take on winter — whether that means muddy weekend rides or virtual training sessions on the turbo trainer.

I just took my bike out for a spin, oh my it’s like brand new. Felt fab, it looks so clean and sparkly and it was such a smooth ride. I got blown (awesome tail wind) to Hythe Barracks and then had full on 21 mph + southerly resistance training wind on the way back. It was a great ride.
